SOMETHING
WRONG?

Email is the whole support system. There is no ticket portal, no chat widget and no account to log into — write to a human and a human writes back.

Reply time

A few days

One person reads the inbox, so it is days rather than hours. Every message gets an answer.

Useful to include

Device and OS version, the sector number, and what you expected to happen. A screen recording settles most things in one exchange.

01 · Questions

Asked most often

How do I play?

Drag anywhere on the field. Direction aims the launch, distance sets the power, and releasing commits it. There is no thrust and no steering afterwards — gravity from the planets bends the shot for you. Reach the wormhole at the top to clear the sector; sweep up the five stranded crew on the way for the score.

I am stuck on a sector

Every sector is solved by a brute-force search before it ships, so a route always exists — you are looking for one that is there. Three things to try: follow the grid, which bends toward mass and shows you the pull before you spend a launch on it; treat the aim line as truth, because it comes from the same integrator that flies the ship; and from sector nine, wait. Moons block but never pull, and they keep moving while you hold the drag, so when you release matters as much as where you point.

My progress is gone

Progress is saved on the device and nowhere else. There is no account and no cloud sync, which is the same decision that keeps the privacy policy one page long — so deleting the app, or moving to a new phone, starts the campaign again. If progress vanished while the app stayed installed, that is a bug worth an email.

Refunds

Whichever store you bought from took the payment, so it handles the refund. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, through your Google Play order history. Nothing needs to go through us first, and asking here only adds a step. Tell us what went wrong anyway if you have a minute; it is the most useful mail we get.

02 · Accessibility

Settings worth knowing

All of these live in Settings, reachable from the title screen and the pause overlay. Each one is live: change it and the next frame is drawn differently.

Display

Line weight

Thin, Medium or Bold. Sets the stroke width of every line in the game, ship and grid alike.

Display

Glow

0 to 100%, default 70. The phosphor bloom around every stroke. Drop it to zero for flat, hard-edged line work.

Accessibility

Reduced motion

Stops the grid warp and the spin. Orbits still run, because they are the puzzle.

Accessibility

High contrast

Thicker strokes, less bloom. Pairs with Glow at zero if the haze is the problem rather than the weight.

Sound

Orbit tick

Ticks the moon period so the timing can be heard rather than watched. Off by default.

Sound

Sound and volume

All cues are synthesised, not sampled. Each way of losing sounds different, so an outcome is never carried by colour alone.
